Switching the alarm off
During the time that the alarm sounds press the ON/OFF button 

to switch the alarm off for 24 hours.
Switching the alarm function off
Place the OFF AL1/2 AL2 AL1 switch  in the position OFF.
The alarm indicators go out in the display

Snooze function ("SNOOZE" function)
Whilst the alarm is sounding press the SNOOZE button 

temporarily switch off the alarm. After 7 minutes the alarm sounds
again.
Automatic Switch-off ("SLEEP" function)
With the "Sleep" function the appliance switches itself off after
a time lapse of between 1 and 59 minutes.
Press the ON/OFF button 

to switch the appliance on.
Press and hold the SLEEP button 

. The time counts down from
59 minutes.
Press or hold the UP button 

resp. DOWN button

to set the
switch-off time more quickly.
Release the SLEEP button 
