Troubleshooting
Defect Possible cause Solution
The microwave does not function.
• The plug is not inserted.
• The power socket is defective.
• The plug or the power cable is
damaged.
• Insert the plug into a power
socket.
• Try another wall socket.
• In this case, contact Customer
Services.
The plug is inserted, the LED indi-
cator 2 glows, but the appliance
does not react when any button
is pressed.
• The plug has been reinserted,
but the door has not yet been
opened.
• Open the door.
The turntable 7 does not revolve.
• The turntable 7 is not correctly
positioned.
• Position the turntable 7 cor-
rectly. Ensure that the post in
the middle of the microwave
oven inserts itself exactly into
the depression on the under-
side of the Turntable 7.
When in use, the lamp in the
cooking space does not glow.
• The bulb in the cooking space
is defect.
• In this case, contact Customer
Services.
