9. Operation
1. Connect the mains plug to a suitable
wall socket. The wall socket must still be
easily accessible after connection.
2. Pull only as much cable as necessary
out of the cable compartment of the
Monsieur Cuisine.
3. Set the on/off switch at the rear on the
right to I: the touchscreen lights up.
NOTE: if you are working with the
Monsieur Cuisine smart, use the automatic
program Food Processor.
4. When using the Monsieur Cuisine con-
nect and Monsieur Cuisine connect trend,
select the start menu and press .
5. The grater and cutting disc4 starts to ro-
tate.
6. Select speed setting 5.
7. Fill the prepared ingredients into the
food chute2.
8. Press the ingredients down with the
food pusher1 using light, even pres-
sure. Ingredients with a long shape,
such as carrots, courgettes, cucumbers
can be pressed down without a food
pusher1 if they protrude from the top
of the food chute2.
9. When a cycle is complete, stop the
function by pressing or turn the
speed control to 0.
10. Turn the lid3 with the food pusher1
slightly in an anticlockwise direction
and remove it.
11. Hold the axle5 at the top and pull it to-
gether with the grater and cutting
disc4 upwards out of the blender jug.
12. Remove the blender jug.
13. Remove the processed ingredients from
the blender jug.
NOTES:
• Process all ingredients portion by por-
tion. Empty the blender jug from time to
time if it is filled up to the MAX mark-
ing.
• Rinse out the blender jug with clear wa-
ter if necessary.
14. Switch the on/off switch of the
Monsieur Cuisine at the rear on the
right to 0 and pull out the mains plug.
15. Position the blender jug horizontally.
16. Push the unlocking lever on the
underside of the blender jug
towards the open lock symbol.
17. Pull out the shaft adapter

18. Clean all of the accessories that have
been used immediately if possible.
