Coleslaw
Ingredients
1.5 kg White cabbage ■
1/2 Paprika pod ■
125 g Sugar ■
125 ml Cooking oil ■
125 ml Vinegar ■
1 tbsp. Salt ■
a pinch of pepper ■
Cut the white cabbage up into small pieces and then slice it with the coarse 1)
cutting drum q (II).
Cut the paprik
a pod up so that it fi ts into the fi lling shaft 2) w and then shred it
with the coarse shredding drum 3 (IV).
Heat up the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and the pepper.3)
Pour this liquid over the white cabbage and let it marinate for about 2 hours.4)
