8) After the maturing process concludes, switch off the appliance by moving
the On/Off switch to the “0” position. The light in the On/Off switch
goes out.
9) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket.
10) Refrigerate all yoghurt jars in order to stop the acidification process.
NOTE
You can enjoy your yoghurt on its own or add fruit, jam, chocolate
sprinkles or other ingredients. The sky is the limit!
Cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the
appliance.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
Otherwise there is a risk of an electric shock.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents. These can damage the
surfaces of the appliance.
NOTE
Clean the appliance as soon as possible after use to prevent residue from
drying. Dried residue is difficult to remove.
Clean the housing and lid with a dry or slightly moistened cloth.
For stubborn dirt, add a little mild detergent to the cloth.
Rinse the yoghurt jars and their lids with warm water and dish soap.
Ensure that no dish soap residue remains on any of the parts.
NOTE
You can clean the lid and the yoghurt jars in the dish washer.
Place the lid in the upper basket of the dishwasher and ensure that it
cannot get jammed.
Storage
Clean the appliance as described in the section “Cleaning”.
Place the cleaned, closed yoghurt jars inside the housing and place
the lid on the housing .
Store the appliance in a dry place.
