~
The battery included must not be charged or reactivated by other means,
neither must it be dismantled, thrown into a fire or short-circuited.
~ Always remove used batteries immediately, as these could leak and
therefore cause damage. Always dispose of the old batteries ac-
cording to regulations.
~ Remove the battery if the device is not going to be used for an ex-
tended period of time.
~ Do not subject batteries to extreme conditions, e.g. do not place the
device on radiators or in direct sunlight. Otherwise, there is an in-
creased danger of batteries leaking. The ambient temperature
should not be lower than 0 °C or higher than +40 °C.
~ If battery acid has leaked, avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mu-
cous membranes. In case of contact with the acid, rinse the affected
area at once with plenty of clean water and seek medical assistance
immediately.
WARNING! Risk of injury
~ Never use the trimmer head|1 without attachment|10/11.
~ Do not use the device if parts are damaged.
~ Do not use the device on open wounds, cuts, sunburn or blisters.
WARNING! Risk of material damage
~ Do not apply excessive pressure on the shaving foil|6 of the shaver
head|9. It is thin and can easily be damaged.
~ Only use the cleaning brush for cleaning the cutter block|13. Under
no circumstances should it be used to clean the shaving foil|6. Bris-
tles could get caught in the shaving foil and damage it.
~ To avoid any risk, do not make modifications to the device. Repairs
must be carried out by a specialist workshop or the Service Centre.
~ Use the original accessories only.
~ Never place the device on hot surfaces (e.g. hot plates) or near heat
sources or open fire.
~ Do not use any astringent or abrasive cleaning agents.
NOTE on hygiene
• For hygienic reasons the device should only be used by one person.
