Why is there no sound coming from my Silvercrest Speakers?
There could be several reasons why your Silvercrest Speakers aren't producing sound. First, ensure the speaker is switched on by pressing and holding the button 5 for about 2 seconds. Also, check that the volume isn't set to minimum by using the / button 2, and increase the volume on your playback device if needed. If you're in AUX mode, the speaker or the external playback device might be muted, so unmute them. Finally, verify that the 3.5 mm jack cable q is correctly connected to the AUX input 6 on both the speaker and the external playback device.
