Why can't I transfer measurements from my Silvercrest SPO 55 Medical Equipment?

If you are unable to transfer measurements from your Silvercrest Medical Equipment, there might be several reasons. First, ensure that the “HealthForYou“ app is open and Bluetooth® is activated in your smartphone settings. Second, check the batteries in the pulse oximeter and replace them if they are low or drained. Third, wait for the device to switch off completely before attempting to transfer. Finally, make sure Bluetooth® is switched on.
