Why can't I transfer measurements from my Silvercrest SPO 55 Medical Equipment?

  If you are unable to transfer measurements from your Silvercrest Medical Equipment, there might be several reasons. First, ensure that the “HealthForYou“ app is open and Bluetooth® is activated in your smartphone settings. Second, check the batteries in the pulse oximeter and replace them if they are low or drained. Third, wait for the device to switch off completely before attempting to transfer. Finally, make sure Bluetooth® is switched on.

  If your Silvercrest Medical Equipment pulse oximeter isn't displaying measurements, the batteries may be drained. Replace the batteries. Also, ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly. If it still does not display measurements after inserting the batteries correctly, please contact service.

Why does my Silvercrest SPO 55 Medical Equipment pulse oximeter show interrupted measurements?

  If your Silvercrest Medical Equipment pulse oximeter shows interrupted measurements or severe jumps, it could be due to circulation problems in the finger being measured (refer to warnings and safety notes). It may also be because the finger being measured is either too large or too small; the fingertip must be between 10 and 20 mm wide and between 5 and 15 mm thick. Another reason could be movement of the finger, hand, or body. Keep the finger, hand, and body still during measurement.
