• The charging time of an empty battery
is approx. 90 minutes (at a charging
current of 1 A).
• The device cannot be switched on dur-
ing the charging process.
• When the battery is fully charged, the
operating time of the device is
approx. 60 minutes.
1. Switch off the device with the on/off
switch7 if necessary.
2. Plug the USB-C plug connector of the
USB charger cable16 into the USB-C
port12 of the device.
3. Connect the USB-A plug of the USB
charger cable16 with a USB power
adapter (min. 1 A output current, not in-
cluded in the items supplied).
4. The plug symbol9 is lit red and the bat-
tery is charged. When the battery is ful-
ly charged, 100% is displayed.
6. Operation
6.1 Before switching on for
the first time
CAUTION:
~ After unpacking, there could still be oil
residues on the shaving heads2 of the
shaving attachment3. Remove these
with an absorbent, lint-free cloth before
using the device for the first time.

downwards off the shaving attach-
ment3.
2. Switch on the device with the on/off
switch7.
6.2 Transport lock
If the transport lock is activated, the lock
symbol10 will flash when you try to switch
on the device.
• Press and hold the on/off switch7 for
approx. 4 seconds, in order to switch
the transport lock on/off.
• The charging process deactivates the
transport lock.
6.3 Changing the shaving/
beard trimmer
attachment

~ Switch off the shaver6, before you at-
tach or remove the attachments.
1. Figure A: if necessary, first slide the
protective cap13 onto the shaving at-
tachment3 from below, with the open-
ing at the top.
2. Figure B: turn the attachment1 or3 a
little bit anticlockwise and then pull it
off the shaver6.
3. Figure C: insert the attachment1 or3
with the groove into the recess in the
drive unit for attachments5. Turn the at-
tachment slightly clockwise. Ensure that
the attachment is firmly attached to the
shaver6.
6.4 Shaving
WARNING! Risk of material damage!
~ The shaver6 is not waterproof and
therefore should not be used in the
shower/bath.
WARNING!
~ Do not use the device on open wounds,
cuts, sunburn or blisters.
~ Do not place excessive pressure on the
shaving heads2. They are thin and can
be damaged easily.
