5. Before using for the first time
• Unpack the device and all accessories.
• Check, if all parts are available and undamaged.
• Insert the batteries, which are supplied (see “Change the bat-
teries” on page 21).
• Position the soap dispenser on a level surface.
6. Change the batteries
NOTE: if there is still soap in the soap dispenser, ensure that the
lid|1 is firmly closed.
The soap dispenser is operated with 4 batteries of the type AAA
1.5 V. The LED|8 flashes alternatively red and yellow, when the
power of the battery is weak. In this case, the batteries should be
replaced soon.
1. Turn the soap dispenser upside down.
2. Loosen the screw of the battery compartment with a Phillips
screwdriver.
3. Remove, if necessary, the old batteries.
4. Insert new batteries. Ensure the correct polarity of the battery
(+/–).
5. Close the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw
again.
