Why is my Silvercrest SWKC 2400 A1 not working?

  If your Silvercrest kettle isn't working, first ensure the mains plug is properly connected to a functioning wall outlet. Next, check that the kettle is switched on by pressing the On/Off Switch (4) down to the "I" position. If it still doesn't work, the appliance may have overheated. Allow it to cool down, then fill the kettle (7) with at least 0.7 liters of water, up to the "0.7L MIN" metal strip inside.
