DO NOT operate the pressure relief
valve while the water heater contains
hot water. Serious burns or injury could
result.
✔Flush out the water heater tank at least
once a year, if not used regularly.
✔Refer to the Winterization and Storage
pages in the Cleaning and Maintenance
section of this Owner’s manual for proper
preparation for seasonal storage of the
water heater.
