If your SIMOLIO Headsets aren’t working or you're not receiving any voice, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the transmitter is powered on by switching to MONO or STEREO. Also, check that the AC adapter and audio cable of the transmitter are securely plugged in. If you're using an optical cable, make sure the analog audio cable is unplugged from the AUDIO IN jack of the transmitter. Finally, verify that the connection between the transmitter and the audio source is correct and properly connected.
