STEP 3: Make sure that the vehicle belt is not twisted and then buckle it.
STEP 4: Pull the vehicle belt out and route the lap portion of the vehicle belt
(#28) through the lap belt guides (#3) located on both sides of the handle .
IMPORTANT! Do not route the shoulder portion of the vehicle belt (#27)
through the lap belt guides (#3).
STEP 5: Pull the shoulder portion of the vehicle belt (#27) to tighten the
lap portion of the vehicle belt (#28).
