Assemble mower deck
1. Locate the cutting height adjustment rod (A), upper
trunnion (B), a 1/2" washer (C), wave washer (F) and
roll pin (E).
2. Thread the adjustment rod (A) through the upper
trunnion (B) and washer (C).
3. Insert the rod through the lower trunnion (D).
4. Install the wave washer (F) and secure with the roll pin (E).
Install the roll pin so that an even amount of roll pin shows
on both sides of the rod.
5. Secure the upper trunnion using the clamp plate (G),
1/2" flange locknut (I), cutting height gauge (J), two
5/16-18 x 1" capscrews (H), two 5/16" lockwashers and
nuts (K).
6. Lubricate the adjustment rod (A) with lithium grease.
