Check that the PTO (electric clutch) switch is in the OFF position and the cruise control is disengaged (NEUTRAL/OFF position). Make sure you have enough fuel; if the engine is hot, let it cool before refilling. If the engine is flooded, disengage the choke. Also, the battery might be discharged or dead, requiring a recharge or replacement. Visually inspect the wiring for any loose or broken connections. For issues like a blown fuse, faulty solenoid or starter motor, faulty safety interlock switch, water in the fuel, or old gas, it's best to consult an authorized dealer.
