Once you have checked that the door opens and closes correctly
and the pent posts are vertical, x the pent panels to the wall
channels and pent posts and x the door to the pent posts.
From inside, drill 3 holes through each wall channel into the pent
panels (in the marked positions) using a 3.5mm drill bit.
Note: Stop drilling as soon as you feel the drill break through the
rst 2 layers of aluminium. Fix using 6 x 10mm screws (A) and
push on the screw covers (D).
Check again that the pent posts are vertical, and drill 6 more
holes through each pent post into the door and pent panels (in the
marked positions) using a 3.5mm drill bit.
Note: Stop drilling as soon as you feel the drill break through the
rst 2 layers of aluminium. Fix using 6 x 10mm screws (A) and
push on the screw covers (D).

Fit the brace bar (F). Position the brace
bar in the corner with one end on the pent
panel and the other against the wall. Use
a spirit level to ensure it is level and mark
the screw hole positions onto the pent
panel and wall.
Drill a hole in the position marked on the
wall using a 6mm masonry drill bit. Insert
a wall plug (C) into the hole (beyond the
thickness of the tile). Drill a 3.5mm hole
in the position marked on the pent panel.
Note: Stop drilling as soon as you feel the
drill break through the rst layer
of aluminium. Fix the brace bar to the wall
using a 38mm counter sunk screw (H).
Note: Inject silicone sealant into the hole
before inserting the screw to seal the hole.
Fix to the pent panel using a 15mm
counter sunk screw (G).

When installing the offset enclosure, the brace bar should be xed to the NARROW pent panel.
