8. Mount a new
compressor and fix it
onto the compressor
support
●Put the new
compressor to correct
position.
● Use spanner to
tighten the bolts fixing
the compressor.
● Do not put the
compressor upside
down during
installation.
9. Connect the suction
and discharge pipe of
compressor to system
pipeline
● Use gas welding to
heat the suction and
discharge pipes. Then,
pull them out from the
compressor.
● Weld by charging
nitrogen for protection,
with the nitrogen
pressure kept at
0.5±0.1kgf/c 󱚸(relative
pressure).
●During heating, take
care to prevent the
substances around
from burn due to high
temperature.
10 Mount the gas-liquid
separator and fix it
● Put the gas-liquid
separator to correct
position.
● Use spanner to
tighten the nuts fixing
the gas-liquid
separator and
compressor support.
