4. Assemble the new
electronic expansion valve
●Assemble the new
electronic expansion valve
to correct position.
●During welding, use wet
cloth to wrap the electronic
expansion valve body.
● Weld by charging nitrogen,
with the nitrogen pressure
kept at 0.5±0.1kgf/c
(relative pressure).
5. Assemble the coil of
electronic expansion valve
● After welding of the
connection pipe, mount the
coil according to
disassembly procedures.
● Carry out leakage
detection to the system. If no
problem, establish vacuum
and charge refrigerant
through process pipe.

Remark : Before removing the electric box or electric box sub-assembly, make sure that the
power has been cut off.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. Remove the electric box
cover
● Cut off the power.
● Use the screwdriver to
remove the fixing screws
between electric box cover
and electric box.
●Remove the cover from
electric box.
2. Remove the power cables
of motor and other
components
● Remove the cables
connecting the electric
elements in the electric box
to the external elements
(e.g. the power cables of
compressor and motor)
