1.4 Take the water pump locking handle and the hand screw. Insert the hand screw in the locking
handle and screw them in place (clockwise), next to the water pump bay.
As shown in fi gure 3. Do not tighten all the way yet.
1.5 Align the locking handle as shown in fi gure 3 and put
the water pump in the water pump bay. Make sure the pump is oriented as shown
in fi gure 4. This requires you to hold on to the Aircooler main body until you can set it securely
on the water tank.

Note: The water pump is connected to the main part of the Aircooler main body with a tube and
cable. Once the pump is locked into its bay,
the movement of the Aircooler main body is limited.
1.6 Rotate the locking handle over the water pump and tighten the hand screw. As shown in fi gure 5.
1.7 Fill with water (see chapter 2.2 Filling)
1.8 Place the Aircooler main body back on the water tank. Make sure that the tubes and water pump
are inside the water tank, and nothing is pinched between the main body and water tank of the
Aircooler. Push down the water tank clamps to lock the parts together. (fi gure 6 & 7)
