What to do if SINO Water Pump doesn't respond when pressing the power button?
    • R
      Ryan FarrellAug 5, 2025
If your SINO Water Pump does not respond when you press the power button, it could be due to a low battery and no AC power supply connected. Connect the AC power supply and keep charging the battery. If this does not solve the issue, the power system may have a failure, and you should send it back to the factory.

Why does the “Occlusion” alarm frequently occur in the infusion process of SINO V Series Water Pump?
    • B
      brandon05Aug 14, 2025
Frequent “Occlusion” alarms during the infusion process of your SINO Water Pump can occur if the infusion apparatus pipeline is tied or the roller clamp isn't open. Recheck the pipeline of the infusion apparatus. Alternatively, the pressure level might be set too low, so increase the pressure level. If the issue persists, there may be a failure in the pressure testing system.

      Roberta WarrenAug 25, 2025
If the “Drip Error" message appears frequently when the drip sensor alarm function is enabled on your SINO Water Pump, it may be due to incorrect installation of the drip sensor. It could also be that the infusion apparatus is inappropriate or not calibrated properly; select a calibrated infusion apparatus or recalibrate the infusion apparatus.
