Am Ende der Saison soll das Gerät gründlich
gereinigt, geschmiert, eingeölt und
witterungsgeschützt abgestellt werden. Gerät
absenken und eventuell durch Unterlage auf
Unterlenkerhöhe bringen.
At the end of the season make sure to clean
the machine. If necessary claen the machine,
put some oil on lubricators and release the
Vee-belts. Keep the machine in dry place.
WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
Einmal jährlich soll das Gerät gründlich
gereinigt und kontrolliert werden:
Die Jährliche Kontrolle umfasst:
• Messer- Verschleiß und festigkeit.
• Kontrolle der Schmierfett- Menge im
Einzugstrommelantrieb und
Winkelgetriebe.
• Reibplattenverschleiß; nach Bedarf
austauschen!
Gelegentliche Kontrollen während der
Saison.
Die Kontrolle umfasst:
• Schrauben und Mutter auf festem Sitz.
• Keilriemenspannung.
• Schneidplatte aud defekten Messer und
Schleifen der Schneidplatte
• Schleifstein- Verschleiß.
• Einzugstrommeln und Kreiselmesser-
Verschleiß.
• Gegenmesser-Verschleiß und Spalt
zwischen Gegenmesser und
Schneidplatte..
• Schmiernippel- Schmierung (2 Stk.)
• Schmieren nach Schmierplan.
• Gelenkwellenschutz nach Einwandfreiem
Zustand.
PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
Thorough overhaul must be done on the
machine once per year.
You have to check
• Check all knives and counter knives.
Special dics knives.
• Check the level of greas in the gearbox
and between drums.
• Check the grinding plate. If it is used to
much change the plate.
Periodical examination during the working
season.
You have to check:
• Check the tightness of screws and nuts.
• Check the Vee-belt tension.
• Sharpen the knives and check the
damage on them.
• Check the grinding stone.
• Check the damage on oval knives and
distance between those knives.
• Check the counter knife and distance
between counter knife and chopper.
• Check if gears and all turning parts are
lubricated.
• Check the P.T.O shaft and it‘s protection.

1. Type und Fabrikationsnummer der
Maschine (am Typenschild) angeben.
2. Den zu bestellenden Teil mit
Ersatzteilnummer, Benennung und
benötigter Stückzahl anführen.

schreiben!
