SIECHERHEITSKUPPLUNG
Schützt der Trommelmechanismus gegen
Bruch. Bei Überlastung wird
Sicherheitsschraube “A” abgeschärt (Bild 16)
Bei der Reparatur ist unbediengt nach der
Ursache für die Überlastung zu suchen.
Ausschließlich Schraube M8x60 EN 24014
Güte 8.8 Zn und Einwandfreie SK Mutter
M8 5CD DIN 985 verwenden!
Schraube “A” wird Kopf unten montiert.
SAFETY CLUTCH
Safety clutch protects drums against
overcharging. If the clutch is overcharged,
the safty screw brakes (fig. 16).
When you change the screw, always use
the prescribed one: SCREW M8x60, EN
24014, quality 8.8 ZN, and proper nut M8,
5CD, DIN 985.
Remove the clutch and the gear from the
shaft. Insert the screw “A” in a position
where the head of the screw is at the bottom
side of the gear. Tighten the nut and put
them on the shaft. Secure with the safty
pin “X”.

des Gerätes. Schmierplan ist vom (Bild 17)
ersichtlich. Maishäcksler hat insgesamt 2
Schmiernippel:
1. Am Scheibenrad- Nabe bei
Schleifvorrichtung.
2. Am Scheibenrad- Gehäuse hinten,
oberhalb kleine Riemenscheibe.
Einzugstrommel- Zahnräder sind mit Fließfett
dauergeschmiert, doch der Kontrollschraube
befindet sich unter der Haube, Pos. “B”
(Bild 17).
Die Gelenkwelle muß laut Herstellers
Anweisungen geschmiert werden.
Auswurfrihr- Drehstelle muß alle 20
Arbeitsstunden geschmiert werden.
MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
Maintenance and lubrication is one of the
most important jobs that you have to do on
the machine. Procedure of lubrication is
shown in (Fig.17).
Be sure that there is always enough greas in
the gearbox.
After you remove the cover “B” (fig. 17), you
will see the gears. Check if there is enough
greas inside.
Use only P.T.O. Shafts prescribed by the
manufacturer.
Every 20 hour, put some greas on exhaust
pipe on the position where it is turning.
