Transportstellung:
 Klappsplint (1) herausziehen.
 Entfernen Sie den Zinkenarm (2) von der
Welle und stecken Sie ihn in den
Transportträger (3), so dass die federnd
aufgehängten Zinken nach hinten zeigen.
 Zinkenarme (2) mit Klappsplint (1) sichern.
Transport position setting:
 Pull out the pin (1).
 Slide the tooth bar (2) off the rotor bar and
place it into the transportation holder (3),
ensuring the backward position of the
spring-mounted teeth.
 Secure the spring tines arm (2) with pin (1).

 Anziehen der Zinkenarme
überprüfen, beschädigte
Zinkenarme wechseln!

 Check up the tightness of the
spring tines, replace any
damaged ones!

Die äußeren Schutzbügel (1) sind für den
Transport des Schwaders zusätzlich gesichert.
Um die Schützbügel in Arbeitsstellung zu
bringen wie folgt vorgehen:
 Bolzen (2) mit Seilzug herausziehen,
 Schutzbügel (1) in Arbeitsstellung
schwenken und mit Bolzen (2) sichern.
Guard rails (1) are additionally secured for
transport. To set the guard rails into working
position follow the next steps:
 Pull out the quoin (2) by the string;
 Lower the guard rail (1) into working position
so that the quoin (2) locks in.
