torque: 25 Nm.
WARNING
DO NOT OVERTORQUE. COUNTERBALANCE THE TORQUE (SEE
EXAMPLE IN FIG. 2).
Connection to the pilot bumer (versions with pilot bumer outlet)
Ø 4 mm, Ø 6 mm or Ø 1/4'' pipes can be used. Use appropriately sized nut and olive. Tighten to 7
Nm torque.
WARNING
IF YOU DON’T USE A PILOT OUTLET PROVIDED DEVICE, YOU MUST
SEAL IT USING OPTIONAL CODE NO. 0.972.041
. Torque: 7Nm.
Air signal connection to the pressure regulator
(combustion chamber compensation)
If needed connect the air signal to the port G by means
of a hose. The hose must be suitable for the port 7
mm, see Fig. 5.
Leakage test
The gas valve is certified according to EN 126 and therefore it is not damaged by the soundness
test at 150 mbar.
IMPORTANT
In case of pipeline leakage test, close the tap upstream the gas valve

IF THE GAS/AIR SOUNDNESS TEST IS DEEMED TO BE NECESSARY
DURING THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS INTO THE APPLIANCE, THIS
MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY SETTING TO AVOID POSSIBLE DRIFT,
SEE SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS CLAUSE

Electrical connections
All electrical connections must be made in accordance with current electrical standards. Check
that the voltage and frequency of the coils, given on the valve label, are correct. Disconnect the
power supply before starting installation.
Check that all connections, in particular the earth, are made properly. It is recommended to use
fast-on contact on the body, or a female contact of the connector according to EN 60730-1.
Ensure that the fastening screws of the electrical connector are tight.
