Attach the stem to the fork crown, screwing in rear screws (C) to a maximum torque of 9 Nm.
Place the handlebar on the stem, threading handlebar clamps from outside to inside.
Align handlebar and tighten clamp screws (A) to a maximum torque of 9 Nm.
Screw in front screws (B) and tighten to 6 Nm, or lower if specified by handlebar manufacturer.
