The SKG Smart Neck Massager is a therapeutic device designed to alleviate neck pain and discomfort through a combination of electric pulse stimulation and constant temperature heating. It is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of cervical pain, numbness, headache, and dizziness caused by cervical spondylosis. The device aims to promote local blood circulation, relax local muscles, and achieve anti-inflammatory, swelling, analgesic, and fatigue-eliminating effects.

Function Description

The Smart Neck Massager incorporates a streamlined, ring-shaped design that conforms to the physiological curvature of the human cervical vertebra. It utilizes a multi-channel therapy system that integrates low-frequency electrotherapy, magnetic effect, enthalpy (heat), and circular traction. The device features three electric pulse modes and 15 adjustable levels of electric pulse force. It also provides a constant temperature range of 37°C to 43°C for hot moxibustion.

The main components include a host (ring type), conductive skin electrodes (conductive plates), and a hot moxibustion device. A remote control and a USB cable are also included for operation and charging. The device forms a composite energy field that reaches deep tissue and the pelvis of the body, supporting correct physiological posture during treatment for cervical spondylosis.

Usage Features

To use the device, first wet the skin of the cervical spine with a wet towel. Then, place the product around the neck, ensuring the electrodes are in close contact with the skin. Adjust the product's position for optimal comfort.

The device is turned on by long-pressing the host button for two seconds, accompanied by a "beep" sound and a prompt light. It defaults to level 0 intensity. Pressing the host button increases the intensity by one level with each "beep" sound, up to level 15. Long-pressing the host button again for two seconds turns off the device.

The remote control offers several functions:

• Mode Button ("M"): Press to switch between three available modes (M1, M2, M3). Each press switches to a higher mode with a "beep" sound, and the intensity resets to level 0.
• Intensity Increase Button ("+"): Press to increase the electric pulse intensity. Each press sends a "beep" sound and increases the intensity by one level, up to level 15. At level 15, pressing it again will produce two "beep" sounds without changing intensity.
• Intensity Decrease Button ("-"): Press to decrease the electric pulse intensity. Each press sends a "beep" sound and decreases the intensity by one level, down to level 0. At level 0, pressing it again will produce two "beep" sounds without changing intensity.
• Voice Prompts: Long-pressing the "+" button for two seconds turns on voice prompts, and long-pressing the "-" button for two seconds turns them off.
• Heating Button ("$$$"): Press to activate the heating function. A "beep" sound indicates activation, and the electrodes will heat to 37-41°C.
• Heating Off Button ("#"): Press to deactivate the heating function. Two "beep" sounds indicate deactivation.

The device has a scheduled operation time of 15 minutes and will automatically shut down after this period. If the device is turned on but not placed on the neck normally, it will automatically shut down in 30 seconds.

Product Charging:

When the host battery is low, the power button light will turn orange. Connect the Micro-USB cable to the host and a 5V1A Android charger. The orange light will flash during charging and turn blue when fully charged. The remote control uses a CR2032 button battery. To replace it, insert a coin into the battery knob slot, turn it counterclockwise to the alignment position, and open it. Ensure the battery's positive pole faces up.

Tips for Usage:

• The product automatically turns off after 15 minutes. It is recommended not to use it for more than 30 minutes per day.
• Store the product in a dry and ventilated place after use.
• Avoid placing other weights on the product.
• Do not pull on the rubber plug at the USB charging port to prevent rupture.
• Allow at least 30 minutes for the device to warm up from minimum storage temperature or cool down from maximum storage temperature between uses.

Safety Precautions:

• Do not use with heart pacemakers, artificial hearts/lungs, or other life-supporting medical electronic devices, as this may cause malfunction and be life-threatening.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have menstrual periods, sensitive skin, heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, cerebrovascular issues, acute conditions, or are undergoing medical treatment.
• Not for use by children or individuals unable to express themselves.
• Avoid use while bathing, sweating, or sleeping.
• Prohibited for patients with skin sensory impairment or heat insensitivity.
• Do not use in areas with high heat, flammables, electromagnetic radiation, or humidity.
• Do not use the product beyond its intended scope.
• Avoid placing electrodes near the chest heart to prevent increased risk of heart fibrillation.
• Clean electrodes between different users.
• Ensure electrodes are tightly and evenly adhered to the skin.
• Prolonged use of the hot compress function on the same part (over 15 minutes) may cause low-temperature burns.
• Discontinue use and seek medical attention if feeling unwell.
• Do not disassemble, modify, flood, or throw the product into fire due to the lithium battery, as this may cause damage or explosion.
• Consult a doctor before use if you are under medical treatment, have abnormal heart/brain nerves, fever (body temperature >38°C), infectious diseases, skin perceptual disorders/abnormalities, are on medication, have abnormal blood pressure, cannot express wishes, have sensory impairment due to peripheral circulatory disorders (e.g., diabetes), or have skin allergies to stainless steel electrodes.
• Do not apply stimulation across or through the head, directly on the eyes, covering the mouth, on the front of the neck (carotid sinus), or from electrodes placed on the chest and upper back or crossing over the heart.
• Be careful of strangulation from cables and hoses.
• Ensure the power plug is easily accessible for disconnection.
• Use only accessories and detachable parts specified or authorized by the manufacturer.
• Do not connect this equipment to other equipment not described in the instructions.
• Stop using immediately if any abnormality occurs.
• Consult a doctor if your body or skin feels strange.
• Turn off the power before moving the pads or placing them on another person during massage to avoid electric shock.
• Do not treat while using other electronic devices (e.g., electronic watches) to prevent malfunction.
• If abnormal operation occurs, immediately switch off the power, remove it, and contact customer service.
• Do not plug/unplug the USB charging cable with wet hands.
• Do not use for children or individuals without expressiveness.
• Avoid use in high humidity areas (e.g., bathrooms) or while bathing.

• When unplugging the USB charging cable, pull the plug, not the cable.
• The product electrode has a surface heating function for users who are not sensitive to heat or subject to heat allergies.
• The surface may become hot during prolonged use, which is normal.
• Remove the remote control battery if idle for more than 3 months.
• Replace the remote control battery (CR2032) when exhausted, ensuring correct polarity.
• Dispose of exhausted remote control batteries according to local regulations.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur or ME equipment performance changes.
• The patient is the intended operator and can perform electronic treatment, change remote control batteries, and charge the rechargeable battery under normal circumstances.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Clean the electrodes after each use.
• Do not clean or maintain the ME equipment and accessories while the ME equipment is in use.

Disposal:

• To prevent environmental pollution, do not discard the product and accessories randomly when they are aging or unusable.
• Dispose of them according to local environmental protection requirements.
• Lithium-ion batteries are recyclable. Remove the lithium-ion battery and hand it over to a professional body for recycling when it is no longer used.
