For convenience, your charger was designed
so it may be mounted on a flat horizontal
surface, or it may be mounted onto a vertical surface.
1. Select a mounting location that allows the
plug to reach an electrical outlet, so that the
plug will reach the outlet. Check for studs or
other support.
2. Using a pencil, mark two places on the
surface in a vertical line about 64mm apart.
3. Screw two #8 round head screws part way
into the surface, leaving both screw heads
about 1/8" from the surface (Fig. 9).
4. Align slots on charger with screws and slide
the charger over the screws.

The lithium ion battery is protected against
deep discharging by the “Electronic Cell
Protection (ECP)”. When the battery is empty,
the tool is switched off by means of a
protective circuit.

Plug charger cord into your standard power
outlet, then insert tool into charger (Fig. 8).
The green charging indicator light on the tool
will turn “ON”. This indicates that the battery is
charging. Charging will automatically stop
when the battery is fully charged.
When the indicator light turns “OFF” charging
is complete.
During the charging
procedure, the handle of the
tool warms up. This is normal.
After normal usage, the battery requires
approximately 3 to 5 hours charging time to
reach full capacity. The tool may be used even
though the light may still be on. The light may
require more than 3 hours to turn off
depending on temperature.
The purpose of the light is to indicate that the
battery is fast-charging. It does not indicate the
exact point of full charge. The light will turn off
in less than 3 hours if the battery was not
completely discharged.
When the battery is fully charged, unplug the
charger (unless you're charging another tool)
