  Several factors could cause this. First, ensure the unit is plugged into a working outlet and the power switch is on. Low water levels can also prevent cold water dispensing; allow the machine time to generate more water, or add clean water to the collection tank. If the unit was recently plugged in or emptied, the water may need more time to cool. If the problem persists after an hour of continuous operation, check if the condenser coils (black tubing at the back) are radiating heat. If not, it may indicate a compressor cooling system issue.

Next, make sure the water filters are properly seated in the filter manifold. If you can, open the cabinet door at the front of the unit to inspect for drips, which could indicate a cracked water line. If you find a cracked line that can be replaced, do so.
