Instruction Guide for SleepPhones® Wireless
How to Wear your SleepPhones®
3. Once the headband is on, you’ll want to adjust the
speakers so that they are positioned directly over your
ears. This will ensure great sound quality. Please note that
the speakers move inside of the headband, independently
of the headband.
2. Place the headband on your head. Note that the
SleepPhones® logo tag goes at the back of your head.
1. Holding the SleepPhones® in your hands, you’ll notice
the flat speakers - one on each side - inside of the
headband.
Pairing your SleepPhones® Wireless
1. Locate the Bluetooth® module in
the hook & loop opening at the back
of the headband. Hold down the
middle (power) button for 5 seconds to
put it into pairing mode. !

2. Go into your Bluetooth®-enabled
device and make sure Bluetooth® is
turned on. Look for the device,
‘ACOUSTICSHEEP’ and select to pair.

    What to do if there is no sound when SleepPhones Headsets are paired?

      If you've paired your SleepPhones Wireless Headsets but there's no sound, try these steps: 1. Adjust the speakers inside the headband to ensure they are positioned directly over your ears. 2. Increase the volume on your Bluetooth audio player. 3. Check and increase the volume on the wireless Bluetooth module inside the headband. 4. Ensure the wireless Bluetooth module is adequately charged. 5. Be aware that if your Bluetooth device is out of range of your SleepPhones Wireless headphones for more than 5 minutes, the headphones will automatically turn off. Also, remember that not all applications or software fully support Bluetooth.

    Why I am unable to find SleepPhones Wireless device?

      If your AcousticSheep module was previously paired with another device, it will automatically pair with that device if the device is within range. To avoid this, make sure that the Bluetooth on all other previously paired devices is turned off or out of range when you are pairing with a new device.

    How to reset SleepPhones Headsets if unable to pair?

      If your Bluetooth enabled device is unable to pair with the AcousticSheep module, you may need to reset the Bluetooth module. To reset the Bluetooth module, turn it on, then hold both the “up” and “down” arrow buttons down for 7 seconds. Once the reset is complete, you will hear two long tones. The Bluetooth module must be turned off and then turned back on to enter pairing mode.

      While charging, if the red light is on, the module is not fully charged. If there is NO light on at all while charging, the Bluetooth module is fully charged.

Locate Speakers

Identify the flat speakers located inside the headband on each side.

Position Headband

Place the headband on your head with the logo tag at the back.

Adjust Speaker Placement

Pairing SleepPhones Wireless

Initiate Pairing Mode

Locate the Bluetooth module and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Connect to Device

Enable Bluetooth on your device and select 'ACOUSTICSHEEP' to pair.

Confirm pairing and play music, audiobooks, or podcasts.

Removing the Speakers

Access Speaker Compartment

Open the hook & loop closure at the headband's back to reveal components.

Extract Speakers and Module

Gently pull the Bluetooth module and speakers out of the headband.

Wash Headband

The headband can be machine washed after component removal.

Reinserting the Speakers

Identify Speaker Sides

Distinguish left (green stitching) and right (red stitching) speakers.

Insert Speakers into Headband

Place speakers into headband pockets, ensuring correct orientation.

Reinstall Bluetooth Module

Insert the Bluetooth module and secure the headband closure.
