4.3 Preflight Inspection
A preflight inspection is required prior to every flight, or first flight of
the day. It must also be performed after any incident, accident,
maintenance activity etc. Incomplete or careless inspections can result
in an accident. Carry out the inspection following the instructions on
the Inspection Checklist.
NOTE
The word “condition” in the instructions means a visual inspection of
surface for damage deformations, scratching, chafing, corrosion, or
other damages, which may lead to flight safety degradation.
