Procedure:
1. Insert the AC cables into the interface cabinet.
2. Strip the AC cable insulation.
3. Fit the AC cables with terminal lugs.
4. Clean the contact surfaces using a clean cloth and ethanol cleaning agent.
5. Polish the contact surfaces with the non-woven abrasive until they have a light metallic sheen. Ensure that the coated
contact surfaces are not damaged in the process.
6. Remove metal dust using a clean cloth and ethanol cleaning agent and do not touch the contact surfaces again after
cleaning.
7. Connect the AC cables with the specified torque in accordance with the circuit diagram. Only use the screws and
nuts included in the scope of delivery and make sure that the screw heads always point forwards.
8. Attach the AC cables to the cable support rail.
9. If you do not wish to continue with installation work at present, close the Sunny Central (see Section15.8 "Mounting
the Panels and Protective Covers", page73).

Tin-plated aluminum terminal lug 37 Nm
Tin-plated copper terminal lug 60 Nm
