If camera is not turning on:
• Ensure Grid 3 is up to date
• Ensure your Eye gaze driver is up to date. Visit

• Restart your device
If eye tracking performance is
deteriorating:
• Recalibrate
• Check the user’s position
• Make sure there are no bright lights shining on
the device or the user’s eyes
