Getting started
The Grid Pad Eye gaze unit is designed to fit to
your Grid Pad communication aid and enables you
to use eye gaze access.
The installation of the camera has three main
steps:
1. Removing and replacing your Grid Pad’s
desk stand with the longer eye gaze desk
stand
2. Attaching the Eye gaze unit to your device
3. Installing the camera’s drivers so it can be
used to control Grid 3 and your Window’s
desktop
Tools required
• Socket screwdriver
• Flat surface
• Cloth (optional)
Replacing the desk stand
It is not necessary to shut down your Grid Pad
before replacing the desk stand. Should you wish
to, you can shut it down by navigating to
Start - Power and selecting Shut down.
