1. Is the device safe for cats? What if the cat gets within the device’s working range?
Yes, the device is safe for cats and kids. Smart Kitty is equipped with a number of safety
measures.
2. Are all gravel types compatible with the device?
Yes, but the gravel must be used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, so that
there is always the right amount of it in the device.
3. Is the SmartKitty waterproof?
The SmartKitty have a water jets and dust protection.
4. Do I have to charge a battery?
No need to charge a battery!
Warranty terms
1. It is prohibited to use containers or cat excrement bags other than recommended for
SmartKitty® litter box. The warranty is lost in case of any problems or damage caused
by the use of non- original containers. The containers can be ordered from
www.shop.smartkitty.co.uk
2. Any modifications of this device performed by an unauthorized person or entity are
forbidden and will result in the loss of warranty.
3. Under no circumstances should the control module No. 1 be cleaned with running water.
The producer denies all responsibility for any water damage of the control module.
4. The litter box should not be dropped from more than 10 cm. A rapid drop of the litter box
from a greater height can cause the breakage or damage of plastic components and will
result in the loss of warranty.
5. Rakes must be replaced from the ‘Service’ position’ only.
6. Any attempts of unauthorized repair or control module dismantle will result in the loss of
warranty.
7. The control module should be taken out in the ‘Service’ position only.
8. Other uses to those specified in this manual are forbidden and shall be considered as
improper. The mentioned uses will result in the loss of warranty.
