1.Youmustreadtheinstructionscarefullybeforeoperation,andbefamiliarwith
theadjustmentandusagemethods.
2.Eachactivitypartandoilholeandgreasenozzlearelledwithappropriate
amountoflubricatingoil.Inaccordancewiththespecicationsofthevacuum
pumpmanual,thevacuumpumpislledwithNo.1vacuumpumpoil.Theoil
levelwhenthepumpisrunningisnotlessthan1/2oftheheightoftheoilwindow,
andthemaximumoilquantity.Donotexceed3/4ofthespeciedheightoftheoil
windowandregularlychecktheoillevelandthecleanlinessoftheoil.
3.Regularlycleantheinletandoutletairlters.Thevacuumpumpsucksinthe
outsideairthroughtheairlter.Ifthecoverandthelternetarestainedwithash
ordirt,theeectofthevacuumpumpwillnotbesatisfactory.Therefore,cleanthe
lidoftheairlteronceaweekandthelteronce.
4.Theairlterbetweentheairpumpandtheatmospheremaycontainsome
foreignmatter(asmallamountofliquid,powderorparticles)thatmayfallintothe
cover.Pleasecheckandcleanthecoverregularly.
5.Ifthereisanydirtintheairtube,pleaseremoveitandcleanitintime.
6.Alwayscheckwhetherthegroundingwireofthemachineisingoodcontactand
ensurethesafetyofelectricity.
7.Alwayschecktheheat-sealingbrackettosealtheTeontapeforforeignmatter,
whetheritisatornot,andensurethesealingstrength.WhentheTeonsheetis
wornout,burnedorsealed,itmustbereplaced.
8.ReplacetheTeontapeintime.
9.IfthesiliconestriporTeontapeundertheheatingsheetburnsout,itmay
causeshortcircuitandmeltwhenheated,resultinginpoorsealing.Itmustbe
checkedintimeandreplacedifnecessary.
10.Whenthefaultisfound,thepowershouldbeturnedointime.Ifnecessary,
presstheemergencystopbutton.Afterthemachineishomed,turnothepower,
checkthecause,andeliminatethefault.
