To register and activate the emergency alarm feature,
visit the following website: register.smartwatcher.com
Follow the instructions and create a user account. The
stored information can be changed at any time.
During the registration process, you can select general
settings, choose service subscription and select the
payment information. Please note that a SmartWatcher
service subscription is necessary for the watch SENSE
to be used for triggering emergency alarms.

1. The device has a built-in non-removable battery. Do not
attempt to remove the battery. For repair and battery replacement
take the watch to an authorised service center.
2. Do not expose your device or accessories to extreme heat
or cold. Ideal operating conditions is +1°C to +35°C. Extreme
cold or heat may interfere with proper function and lead to fi re or
explosion. Do not expose the watch to direct sunlight for a pro-
longed period of time. Stop using the device if it is overheated.
3. Unplug the charger from electrical outlets and the device
when not in use. Do not drop or cause any impact to the charger
or the watch.
4. Do not use the charger or the watch if it appears wet, broken
or otherwise damaged. Do not touch the charger, the power cord
or the watch with wet hands. If the charger or the watch has
been exposed to water, other liquids, or excessive moisture, take
it to an authorized service center for inspection.
5. Keep the device and accessories dry. Do not attempt to dry it
with external heat source such as microwave oven or hair dryer.
6. Do not dispose of this watch or its charger with household
garbage. follow local instructions and regulation for disposal of
electronic components containing batteries.
SmartWatcher provides a warranty in accordance with national
laws governing the sale of consumer goods and warrants that
the watch under normal use during the warranty period is free
from defects in materials and workmanship.
1. The warranty lasts and is provided in accordance with the
respective local laws, as standard for a period of twenty-four (24)
months for the watch unit and six (6) months for the recharge-
able battery and charger from the original date of purchase of
the product, and is only applicable if you have purchased the
watch from an offi cial dealership in a member state of European
Union, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
2. During the warranty period SmartWatcher or its authorized
service network will repair or replace, at SmartWatcher’s option,
the watch or any relevant part thereof in the event that the
product is found to be defective. Repair or replacement may
involve use of a functionally equivalent reconditioned unit or
materials. All replaced defective parts shall become the property
of SmartWatcher.
3. Unless contrary to the respective local law, the warranty in
respect of a repaired or replaced product or part shall extend
for the remaining warranty period of the repaired or replaced
product or part.
4. The consumer will be required to provide the original purchase
receipt documenting the date and place of purchase as well as
the original packaging. If receipt and packaging is not presented
or is incomplete or illegible, SmartWatcher has the right to refuse
the warranty service.
5. The warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from:
a) Normal wear and tear of the watch or parts of the watch.
b) Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifi cation
being carried out.
c) Defects and damages due to use other than in a normal and
customary manner.
d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused.
e) Defect or damage arising from improper testing, operation,
maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modifi cation.
f) Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids, corrosion,
rust or the use of wrong voltage.
g) Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other
externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
6. This warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
a) If the serial number has been removed, altered or made
illegible in any way.
b) Attempts to open up the watch and/or replace the built-in SIM
card or battery.
c) Damages caused by exposure to water or submersion into
water. The SmartWatcher SENSE watch was tested under
controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP54 (splash
water resistant).
d) Without any proof of purchase.
7. Except for the express warranties set forth above,
SmartWatcher grants no other warranties, express or implied,
by statute or otherwise, regarding the product, fi tness for any
purpose or otherwise. To the extent permitted by local laws,
SmartWatcher shall not be liable for the loss of use of the pro-
duct, inconvenience, loss or any other consequential damage,
arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for
breach of any express or implied warranty.

2. Charging
Be sure to fully charge the battery before using for the
fi rst time. Use the USB plug for charging. Ensure the
adapter and the watch are well connected.
