The wine cellar features a control panel, upper and lower compartment interior lighting, an activated charcoal filter, upper and lower removable shelves, a fixed shelf, bottle holders, reed contact, upper and lower compartment fans, a door, and a magnet.
The ON/OFF key turns the appliance on and off. The forced light key turns interior lighting on and off; this light automatically turns off after 15 minutes. The decrease key lowers the temperature in either compartment. The compartment selection key allows choosing which compartment to adjust. The increase key raises the temperature. The manual ventilation key activates or deactivates manual ventilation to increase humidity; if deactivated, the fan operates automatically based on software settings. The keylock control key disables control panel keys.
Activated charcoal filters ensure optimum air quality. Fans (not visible) distribute temperature and reduce condensation. Interior lighting turns on when the door is opened (maximum brightness) or when the forced light key is pressed (medium brightness). Removable shelves allow easy removal of wine bottles.
Remove all protective film and labels (except the technical data plate). Wash all accessories and shelves.
Press the ON/OFF key. Use the compartment selection key and increase/decrease keys to set the desired temperature (5°C to 20°C) for the upper compartment. Repeat for the lower compartment, noting that the lower compartment temperature can only be set equal to or higher than the upper compartment. Each press of the increase/decrease keys changes the temperature by 1°C. The set temperature flashes for 5 seconds, then remains steady.
Press and hold the ON/OFF key for a few seconds. Unplug the appliance, empty the wine cellar, and dry any residual moisture. Leave the door ajar to prevent unpleasant smells. A single compartment can be switched off by setting its temperature value to "--".
Provided by an LED light bar at the top. Press the forced lighting button to activate/deactivate. Manually operated lighting stays on for a maximum of 15 minutes. Lighting also comes on when the door is opened, with brighter illumination than when activated via the key.
Fans switch on/off automatically to maintain constant temperature and climate control. Manual ventilation forces continuous fan operation to increase humidity, useful for preventing corks from drying out. Activating manual ventilation increases energy consumption.
Prevents accidental activation/deactivation of appliance functions. Hold the Keylock control key for a few seconds to activate/deactivate.
Turns off fans and compressor while keeping the control panel active. To activate, simultaneously press and hold the fan and Keylock control keys for a few seconds until "dE" appears, then press the fan key until "on" appears. To deactivate, repeat the process, pressing the fan key until "oF" appears. In demo mode, "Sh" flashes every 2 minutes, and forced lighting has no time limit.
Allows setting temperature display to Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). To change, simultaneously press and hold the fan and temperature increase keys for a few seconds until "C" or "F" appears, then press the fan key to select.
A maximum of 29 Bordeaux-type 0.75 litre bottles can be stored. Each removable shelf holds up to 6 standard 0.75 litre Bordeaux-type wine bottles. The lower extractable shelf can hold up to 4 champagne/sparkling wine type bottles horizontally. Do not place bottles horizontally on the base of the wine cellar.
To maintain optimum air quality, the filter must be replaced at least once a year. To replace, turn the filter cap 90° left or right, extract it, replace with a new one, and reinsert the cap. Replacement filters can be ordered from Authorised Service Centres.
The wine cellar uses a compression system. Humming sounds when the compressor starts are normal and tend to decrease after a few minutes. Gurgling from refrigerant flow is also normal.
Alarms protect wine from temperature compromises. Messages flash on the display with an audible warning until the condition ends. Press any key (or the key, if available) to deactivate.
Flashing temperature indicates the compartment is too high or too low relative to the set temperature. This can occur when first turned on, after setting a significantly different temperature, loading many bottles at ambient temperature, or during an extended power outage. These are normal operating conditions. Deactivate the alarm via any control panel key (or the key) and wait for the temperature to return to normal.
"do" flashes if the door is open for more than 60 seconds. Close the door. The alarm reactivates if the door remains open after 60 seconds.
Displays "F1" to "F9" (excluding "do"), "EA", "EC", "EE", or "EF" for appliance faults. Switch off the appliance and call Technical Support.
Displays "EE" for appliance fault or "EF" for App fault. Contact technical support. In case of "EE" alarm, the appliance continues cooling.
Generally more acidic with less tannin. Store between 10°C and 14°C. Young, fresh, aromatic whites can be served at 10°C; less aromatic at 12°C. Full, mature whites aged in bottle can be served at 12°C to 14°C. Higher serving temperatures emphasize sweetness; lower temperatures emphasize acidity.
Similar to whites. Consider tannin content; serve at higher temperatures if needed to avoid sharpness. Young, fresh rosés: 10°C-12°C. More robust, full-bodied rosés: 12°C-14°C.
Serving temperature depends on factors like tannin and acidity. Young reds with low tannin: 14°C-16°C. Full-bodied reds: 16°C-18°C. Young reds high in tannins with uncomplicated structure ("nouveau" wines): 12°C-14°C.
Sweet, aromatic white sparkling wines: as low as 8°C. Sweet red sparkling wines (e.g., Brachetto): 10°C-12°C. Dry sparkling wines ("Charmat method," "Martinotti method," e.g., Prosecco): 8°C-10°C. "Traditional method" and "méthode Champenoise" (e.g., Champagne): 8°C-10°C; for prestige/aged wines, up to 12°C.
High alcohol, often sweet. Dry dessert wines (e.g., Marsala) with low sugar content. Serving temperature depends on desired emphasis. To emphasize sweetness, complexity, austerity: 14°C-18°C. To achieve a fresher sensation or reduce sweetness: 10°C-14°C. Young, fresh, dry dessert wines: below 10°C. Note that lower temperatures reduce bouquet evidence.
A special antibacterial protection on interior walls prevents bacterial growth. Clean regularly.
Use water or alcohol-based liquid detergents (e.g., window cleaner). Avoid aggressive detergents and rough sponges.
Use diluted liquid detergent, warm water, and a little vinegar.
Use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaps, detergents, and sponges that could damage wood and steel surfaces.
Open the door, pull out the shelf, remove bottles, lift the shelf upwards, and reposition it correctly on the guides.
Ensure it's plugged in and the main switch is on.
Room temperature is too high, door is opened too often/long, door is not closing/sealing properly, or there are too many non-cooled bottles.
Door is opened too often/long, warm bottles placed inside, or door seal is damaged/dirty.
Drainage channel or opening is blocked.
Temperature set on display is too high, door is opened too often/long, door is not closing/sealing properly, or room temperature is too high.
Check mains characteristics against the identification plate. Ensure plug and socket are of the same type. Avoid adapters, gang sockets, or shunts. Leave appliance standing for at least two hours before turning on. If power cable needs replacement, use an authorized technician.
Install in a dry place with satisfactory ventilation. Climate class (on nameplate) determines suitable temperature conditions. Locate at least 3 cm from electrical/gas cookers and 30 cm from combustion heaters/radiators. Avoid heat sources; if unavoidable, use insulation. Ensure sufficient space for door opening and drawer/shelf removal. Respect clearance requirements for condenser cooling.
Adjust the two feet on the lower front.
Open the door, tighten the 4 provided screws (do not overtighten to avoid deforming side parts), and cover screws with bushings.
Remove the two screws of the lower hinge, then the two screws of the upper hinge. Remove the door and place it on a cloth. Remove hinge block fixing screws from the door. Reposition hinges on the other side by reversing their direction (upper right becomes lower left, lower right becomes upper left). Fasten hinges with previously removed screws. Remove and reverse the two sides. Take out the door pusher mechanism and insert it into the opposite housing. Reposition the door and secure upper and lower hinges with previously removed screws.
