2007-2014 Jeep JK HD Tire Carrier Kit
Step 7: Press the wheel mount studs (90-4219), in your desired pattern, into the tire mount
bracket base (93-9183). (Fig. E)
NOTE: The studs may be pressed into place. DO NOT use lug nuts to install the studs.
