8. Reinstall Oil Plug, remove Fill Cap and refill
crankcase with oil. Refer to the Engine Owner's
Manual for engine oil specifications.
HYDRO TRANSAXLE
The hydro transaxle is not an item which requires
scheduled maintenance. However, it should be
inspected on a yearly basis by a qualified Snapper
dealer to determine if it needs additional oil or
adjustment.
EVERY 25 OPERATING HOURS
FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS: Lubricate Bearings
through the fitting on hub of each front wheel.
See Figure 16.

FRONT AXLE: Lubricate the Spindle Fitting on
each side of the front axle. (R.H. Spindle Fitting
faces forward, L.H. Fitting faces to the rear).
