If the energy value isn't advancing on your SolarEdge Measuring Instruments, first check for loose connections at both the inverter connectors and the meter itself. Make sure the CT black and white cables are correctly connected to the CT connectors on the meter. Also, ensure that the CTs are connected to the correct phase they're intended to measure and that the L1/L2/L3 AC power cables pass through the CTs in the correct direction. Finally, check for any signs of water damage or sealing issues.

If your SolarEdge Measuring Instruments are showing a communications failure, begin by ensuring the meter is powered on, indicated by a blinking green LED. Then, verify the meter's RS485 address and Termination DIP switch settings. Confirm the meter is configured correctly and check the RS485 wiring between the meter and the inverter. Ensure there are no loose connections at the inverter connectors and the meter, and inspect for water damage or sealing problems. Finally, use a voltmeter to measure the voltage on the meter's AC wiring.
