Troubleshooting:
• Brush does not power on: Check all connections. If still not working, charge for at least 24 hours.
• Brush or sanitizer functions strangely: Battery may be low. Charge for at least 24 hours.
• Brush does not stay on long enough to brush teeth: Be sure to store toothbrush on charging peg
between brushings. Make sure unit is kept plugged in.
• UV lamp does not come on: Make sure UV sanitizer case is closed properly. Door latch is magnetic
and should securely snap shut. Check to make sure the door magnet is in place.
To Clean:
• Rinse bristles after every use. Replace brush heads after approximately 3 months of daily use, or
the equivalent thereof, or as needed.
• Clean toothbrush body, UV sanitizer exterior, and charging base with a soft damp cloth on a regular
basis to ensure proper working condition.
• Do not use volatile cleaning solvents.
• Do not submerge charging base/UV sanitizer in water.
