Negative values will sweep down, while
positive values will sweep up.

Sweep speed
The lower the value is, faster the speed.

After input, the note changes linearly to the
range amount.
E X P：
After input, the note changes gradually at
rst and then rapidly in the latter half until it
reaches the range amount.

After input, the note changes rapidly at rst
