The FBP testing and measurement shall cover the following 6
indices:
Fetal Heart Rate (FHR)
Fetal Motion (FM)
Fetal Breathing Motion (FBM)
Fetal Tension of muscle (FT)
Amniotic Fluid (AF)
Placenta grading (PL)
Where in AF is acquired by measuring amniotic fluid depth; PL is based
on placenta ultrasonic image, for which the placenta maturity is divided
into 3 levels: Level 0,1,2.,3.
While the other indices are obtained through fetal reaction test, the fetal
reaction test takes about 20-30 minutes.
Grading standard:
1) Fetal Heart Rate (FHR)
Observation duration: 20 minutes
Grading standard:
2: When fetal moves, FHR accelerates>=15 times/min,
duration>=15S, >=5 times;
1: When fetal moves, FHR accelerates >=15 times/min, duration
>=15S, 1～4 times;
0: When fetal moves, FHR accelerates <=1 time.
2) Fetal Motion (FM)
Observation duration: 30 minutes
Grading standard:
2: FM>=3 times
1: FM 1～2 times
0: No fetal movement
