1. In B mode freeze the image, press the 【Calc】
key to pop up the Meas & Calc menu, move
the trackball, use the cursor to select
“Cardiac”, press the【SET】key to go to the
submenu, move the trackball to select “LV” ,
press the【SET】key to go to the submenu,
move the trackball to select “Bullet”, press the
【SET】key to go to measurement state.
2. Measure LVAMd, see “Area/Cir measurement
(Ellipse)” for the specific measurement
method.
3. Measure LVLd, see “Distance Measurement”
for the specific method.
4. Unfreeze the image, rescan the image, and
freeze the image.
5. Measure LVAMs, see “Area/Cir measurement
(Trace)” for the specific measurement method.
6. Measure LVLs, see “Distance Measurement”
for the specific method.
7. Based on the formula you can get EDV, ESV,
SV, CO, EF, SI, CI. The measurement and
calculation result is displayed in the result
window.
8. Repeat steps (1) to (7) to perform the next
measurement.
