Start-Up
Start the Flexicart as follows:
Start-up procedure
1 Power on each VTR and the external switchers.
Take away the cassettes in the VTRs, if any.
2 Make sure that the BREAKER switch is set to ON, then connect the
power cable.
The message “INITIAL” flashes in the display window, indicating that
initialization is required. The INITIAL key also flashes.
3 Press the INITIAL key.
The elevator in the Flexicart initializes the bin unit position data. The
message “IN USE” replaces “INITIAL” once initialization has been
completed. This message indicates that the Flexicart is now ready for
use.
4 Start-up the application computer, if any.
Refer to the User’s Guide of your flexible cart machine software for details of how
to start-up the application computer.
