occurred during self-diagnoses.
The Flexicart cannot operate if this error occurs in a board other than the
IF-373 board.

Error codes and their meanings
Non-fatal errors
You can operate the Flexicart, using other VTRs, even if the cause of the
VTR error is not eliminated.
0011: The elevator tried to extract a cassette but failed.
0012: The elevator tried to load a cassette into the VTR but failed.
0021: The elevator loaded a cassette into the VTR, but the VTR cannot
recognize the cassette is in it.
0022: The VTR cannot eject a cassette.
