CASSETTE
INSERTION
Take
up
any slack In
the tape.
1
If necessary,
release
the LOCK
lever,
slid-
ing
it to
the
rear of
the set.
2 Press
the
£
EJECT
button to
open the
cassette
compartment
lid.
3 Insert a cassette
with
the desired
side
up,
and
tape
surface
toward
you.
4 Close the
lid.
To take out
the
cassette, press the
±
EJECT
button.
PLAYBACK

Insert
a
cassette.

Depress
the PLAY
button.
Playback
will
begin.

Adjust
the
volume
with
the
REC/PB
VOLUME/VOR
SENS
control
(inner black
knob).

Adjust
the
tone
quality
with the
TONE
control and the
playback
speed
with the
SPEED
CONTROL,
if
necessary.
To stop
the
tape, press the
STOP button.
To
rewind
the
tape, depress the «
REVIEW/
REW
button.
To
advance
the
tape rapidly,
depress
the
CUE/FF
button.
