If the Internet light on your Spark modem is off, or you are unable to browse the internet, it could be due to several reasons: * Your service provisioning may not be complete. * There may be an issue with the broadband network. * The modem password may be incorrect. * There could be a problem with your account. To resolve this, verify the service connection date provided by Spark, allow 5 minutes after plugging everything in, and try turning the modem off for 30 seconds and then on again. Wait 5 minutes for the connection to establish. Also, double-check that you've entered your modem password correctly, paying attention to upper and lower case letters.
