Spark NEO - Factory Reset; Force Shutdown & Restart

1. Completely power off the Spark NEO Headphones.
2. Press and hold the Preset Button and Power Button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Power LED
starts flashing white.
Note: At this time, you may cancel the factory reset by quick tapping the Power or Preset button.
3. Long press the Preset or Power Button until Power LED blinks twice and the factory reset will be
complete.
